These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of One Blog a Day (“the Service”), operated as a sole proprietorship based in Mumbai, India. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

One Blog a Day is an AI-powered platform that generates, optimizes, and publishes blog content for your business. The Service includes keyword discovery, blog writing, image generation, CMS publishing, social media post generation, ranking tracking, and content refresh capabilities.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person or business.

3. Content Ownership

You own all blog content generated by the Service for your account. One Blog a Day does not claim ownership of any content produced for you. You grant us a limited license to process your business data solely for the purpose of generating content.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content is generated using large language models (LLMs). While we strive for accuracy and quality:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or errors
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
  • We do not guarantee that content will rank on any search engine
  • Content should be reviewed for factual accuracy, especially in regulated industries (medical, legal, financial)

5. Autopilot Mode

When Autopilot is enabled, the Service will automatically discover keywords, generate blogs, and publish them to your connected CMS without manual approval. By enabling Autopilot, you acknowledge that content will be published automatically and you accept responsibility for all published content.

6. CMS Connections

When you connect your CMS (WordPress, Shopify, or Wix), you authorize us to publish content to your site. Credentials are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM and used solely for publishing. You can disconnect your CMS at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. Billing and Payments

Billing is handled by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments processes all transactions and handles global tax compliance. Subscription plans are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime — no contracts, no commitments.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content or business data to train our AI models.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Blog a Day’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, traffic, or rankings.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
